Persian American Networking Development

Persian American Networking Development (PAND) is a professional society dedicated to fostering meaningful connections among Persian American professionals in Encino, CA and throughout Southern California. Founded in 2009, PAND provides a structured platform for members to establish and strengthen professional relationships while maintaining high ethical standards in the workplace. The organization operates through carefully curated membership processes—including personal referrals and endorsed invitations—to ensure a trusted community of accomplished professionals. PAND facilitates regular general sessions where members are introduced to diverse professions represented within the organization, creating valuable face-to-face networking opportunities. The society hosts educational lecture series addressing current issues relevant to its membership while providing skill-building opportunities for newer members. PAND has established multiple subcommittees including Cultural, Marketing, Public Relations, Membership, and Education committees, with plans to develop additional specialized groups based on member needs.
