About Persian Community of Greater Kansas City

Persiankc.com was launched on March 2014 with the sole purpose of serving Iranian community as a platform that would provide information on upcoming events affecting Iranian Community in greater Kansas City. PersianKC.com also offers products and services promoting Iranian and Persian culture and heritage.

Our Mission, Vision, and Goals
1) Our mission from day one has been to promote events with direct impact on our community, regardless of the organizer, unless events are in conflict and cause unhealthy or destructive competition.

2) Our vision has been to work with all individuals, groups, and organizations by promoting their programs, ticket sales, marketing, and advertisement.

3) Based on above, PCKC and PCKC Foundation (a non-profit 501 c3 foundation) are not in competition with any individuals, groups, or organizations within our community.

4) Most of our services are provided at no or very minimal cost, including our advertisements.

5) Our intention has never been to own or hold all events, rather, we seek volunteers, encourage our community members to participate, and assist whenever possible to ensure its success.

6) PCKC and PCKC Foundation are not affiliated with any religious or political groups.

7) We consistently promote the following message to groups and individuals. “There is no need for competition. Unity is what we stand for. We are a very small community and have proven we can accomplish great things when we are united.”
